Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please drop us an email at hello@panenkaprints.com within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
Standard Returns
If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, wherever you're ordering from.
- Please contact hello@panenkaprints.com first to initiate your return.
- All items must be returned to our UK address in their original condition and packaging.
- Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
